Client Responsibilities

Search engine rankings, advertising performance, website traffic, and marketing outcomes depend on numerous external factors beyond PHOSCHO‘s control. While we apply recognized industry practices and strategic recommendations, specific rankings, lead volume, or business results cannot be guaranteed.
Domain & Hosting
If PHOSCHO provides domain registration or hosting services, clients are responsible for maintaining active subscriptions and providing accurate account information. Service availability may also depend on third-party providers.
Third-Party Services
Some projects may include integrations with third-party platforms, software, payment gateways, plugins, or online services. PHOSCHO is not responsible for changes, interruptions, pricing, or policies implemented by these third-party providers.
